Did NOT want to workout this morning

I set my alarm for 4:45am for this morning. I had myself pumped up all weekend that Monday was going to be a restart. That alarm seemed to go off right after I fell asleep – anyone else with me on that one?

For the last week, I’ve been hitting snooze.

Not this morning.

I got up. I didn’t want to, but I did.

I went down to the basement, humbled myself and got my rear end kick by Autumn Calabrese.

The reality is that I HAVE TO STOP GIVING UP before I even get started.

I HAVE TO STOP MAKING EXCUSES that make me feel okay for not even starting at 100%.

I HAVE TO STOP LETTING ME GET IN THE WAY OF MY PROGRESS and truly, finally give 100%.

So, day 1 of 21 Day Fix Extreme Plyo Extreme is done.  Prepping for the $1 million Health Bet is ON!
